Hey all. Was just thinking, and was wondering what everyone thinks the best tank of WW2 was, and the reasons for it. If you read an earlier post of mine of the official game forum, you will know that I think the Sherman was probably the best, but I was wondering about my fellow clan members. All tanks that fought are accepted, but if it was only a blueprint, please choose a tank that fought.
I look forward to your answers!

honestly either the tiger or sherman, sherman was an ok tank but it was way mass produced in huge numbers, the tiger was incredibly scary and 1 tiger held of an entire batalion of us tanks without beirng destroyed!

um the best tank was no shit the m26 the the king tiger yat the tiger was good and all but it lack the ablity to stay running and the fact that u needed troop escort for it the M26 was good due to the main gun 90mm and the armor and how low it is it beats the tiger with no proble now the king tiger that thing was no tank that was a dooms day project the has really thick armor and one hell of and arsanal on it

The KT was amazing, but its weight made it that it could not cross most bridges in Europe, meaning they would have to either "swim" across the river or guard it.

The T34 outclassed the Pz 4 when it appeared on the battlefield at a crucial time in the defense of the Soviet Union. The Pz4 could not pen T34's front armor, and this forced the Germans to retool. The T34 was simple, reliable and easy to maintain. The wide tracks and low ground pressure allows excellent mobility during the rainy season. While other later tanks may have been more powerful, the T34 had the greatest impact on the war.

ghengisrexx, agree.
Can also add, that VK 3002DB and Panther are imitations of T-34.
